About

Garrett Perrella – SuperHeavyWings

Performance Coach and Content Creator

ABOUT

Garrett has had a passion for physical activity from his youth onward. Playing recreational inline hockey throughout adolescence, varsity golf throughout high school, and competing in senior level rugby and weightlifting in adulthood. Along the way he developed a love of training and a desire to learn everything he can about enhancing physical performance. These passions drove him to higher education and eventually to working directly in the field of human performance.

At the same time, Garrett has always enjoyed the competitive and social aspects of video games which he has played his entire life. Now, with the rise of esports in the mainstream, he is creating educational training content for those looking to maintain their health and wellness while pushing their in-game skills to the edge; offers in-person coaching services; and provides consultations to individuals, teams, and organizations to further enhance their performance. Feel free to reach out to schedule a call or request services via email, our request training page, or through his various socials.
